DETAIL
Through my previous work, I gradually learned that good communication is not just about explaining things clearly. It starts with understanding what problem the other person is facing and what they actually want to achieve. When a user raises a request, I first try to understand their expectations. Then I look at what the product can actually do and what the rules allow before deciding how to respond. Over time, this has become a habit: understand first, then judge, then communicate.
